$497 One-Time Fee
Our EZWeb Design Package is aimed at new small businesses. Differing from the Basic and Custom Design Packages, this package is focused on speed. All website content, including logo, images, and text is due at the start of the package timeline.
EZWeb Design Overview:
The package is only $497, contains 5 pages, and is built around WordPress, our favorite CMS. The timeline starts upon receipt of all of the client's assets, continues to a staging site delivery containing all the submitted assets, pre-selected template, and branding adaptions. From there the client has one round (list) of revisions they can submit before the EZ Web Design Package timeline draws to a close. Upon completion of the sumbitted revisions, the website will be set live on the hosting package submitted during the package's beginning.
EZWeb Design Package:
The EZWeb Design Package is all about the speed. It's quick and fast, and comes with well-rounded set of options to give your website the functionality it needs.
- Price is $497 - a one-time fee due on timeline start.
- Includes 5 pages.
- Includes 2 Web Gadgets.
- A Contact Form.
- An Image Gallery.
- Includes social media integration, including "follow us" buttons for Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- All assets, including logo, images, and text are required before the start of the package timeine. If these requirements are not met, the timeline will not advance.
- Timeline: This package takes 2 weeks to complete upon delivery of all require assets. If the timeline goes beyond 150% of the maxium time limit an additional late charge of $25 per week will be added to the account.
- FTP Access to available hosting is required. It can be purchased through ZakGraphix or a third-party source, like GoDaddy, Gatorhost, or Network Solutions.
- With your final approval, the website will be set live on your hosting.
EZWeb Design Platform:
The EZWeb Design Package is built in WordPress. Why? We consider WordPress the #1 SEO CMS (search engine friendly content management system) in the world. It's perfect for small businesses, and its functionality can be expanded and added to further down the road. It's perfect for the business that is looking to start small and grow large!
EZWeb Design Hosting:
The EZWeb Design Package does not include hosting, and this is a good thing. Our goal is to make this package as flexible as possible. If you currently have hosting with third-party hosting company, we encourage you to stay there if you're happy. ZakGraphix hosting offers something the other guys don't have - "us", with 30 minutes or 60 minutes of modification time a month included in our hosting packages, ZakGraphix hosting is the perfect way to keep a professional on hand for your update needs.

EZWeb Design Timeline: (Max Timeline: 2 Weeks)
The EZWeb Design Package is streamlined for speed. It relies heavily on you for content and over-all direction, and then the creative/development stuff is handled entirely by ZakGraphix. The Revision List is the point of unity, allowing the you to submit a comprehensive list of changes to the website. The maximum timeline is 2 weeks for this project. If the timeline goes beyond 150% of the maxium time limit an additional late charge of $25 per week will be added to the account.

We start the EZWeb Design with a basic consultation to make sure this is the right package for you, and to make sure it can grow with and enhance your business. |
This part of the package is an unlimited period of time in which you gather your assets (text, photos & logo) for the development of your site. ZakGraphix waits for you. |
Once you've delivered all the required web design assets, ZakGraphix takes about a week to integrate it into your previously selected ZakGraphix Custom Template. |
Once the assets have been integrated into the web design, a staging link will be made available to you to review and begin composing your comprehensive revision list. |
Upon your sumbission of the comprehensive list of revisions, ZakGraphix integrates the revisions. A final approval is required, and the site is now completely yours! |

EZWeb Design Upgrades:
You can easliy upgrade from the EZWeb Desin to the Basic or Custom Design any time before the Link Staging & Content Integration stage. If we've moved beyond that, moving over may include minor charges to account for the development work already done, e.g., if we're at the Client Review & Revision List stage, 90% of all the work has been completed and upgrading to the Basic Design Package would require a "restarting" of the timeline back to earlier stages. The additional fees would compensate the work we've done with the current package.
- Upgrade To Basic: $700 to $1000
- Upgrade To Custom: $1200 to $1400
- Upgrade To Advanced: $2000 to $2300+

- On-Site Blog: $250
- Calendar Widget: $100 (one-time fee) - Includes Up to 10 Calendar Events
- Additional Galleries: $100 per Hour (Billed on Quarter Hour)

- Additional Revisions: $100 per Hour (Billed on Quarter Hour)
