Basic Design Package.
$997 One-Time Fee*
Our Basic Web Design Package is aimed at new businesses, or businesses looking to start a new online venture. Differing from the Custom Design Package, its designs are based on ZakGraphix proprietary templates and are customized to fit the client's branding.
Basic Website Design Overview:
The package begins at $997, contains 5 pages, and is built around WordPress, our favorite CMS. The timeline starts at approving the website's sitemap (page structure), then ZakGraphix will present you with a customized original ZG design enhanced by your business/company branding, including logos and colors. This package allows two round of revisions to that design, and then proceeds to integrate the content for each of the purchased pages. Once the content integration is complete, you will have the ability to make two revision requests to the content layout and text. Additional revisions may be purchased if needed.
If you desire ZakGraphix to make additional alterations to the customized original ZG design, we will gladly assist at an hourly rate of $100 per hour, billed on the quarter hour ($25 per 1/4 hour unit).
Basic Website Design Package:
The Basic Design Package is all about customer satisfaction. It's moderately quick timeline is paired with multiple design and content revisions, giving you're the most control for the cost. Additionally, it comes with well-rounded set of options to give your website the functionality it needs.
- Begins at $997 (Each additional page is $50, up to 15 total pages. After that each additional page is $35)
- Includes 5 pages.
- Includes web gadgets such as Contact Forms, Calendars, and Galleries.
- Includes social media integration, including "follow us", "like", and "share" buttons for Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Includes optional implementation of client-supplied JavaScript scripts via "Cut & Paste" integration. Additional script modifications are available at our standard modification rate.
- Nominal gadget content (date and event) integration for gadgets such as calendars is also included in this package, but anything more than 15 events may incur additional charges due to the length of time it takes to integrate them.
- Timeline: This package has a maximum time limit of 6 weeks. If the timeline goes beyond 150% of the maximum time limit an additional late charge of $25 per week will be added to the account.
Basic Design Platform:
The Basic Design Package is built in WordPress. Why? We consider WordPress the #1 SEO CMS (search engine friendly content management system) in the world. It's perfect for small to medium sized businesses, and its functionality can be expanded and added to further down the road. It's perfect for the business that is looking to start small and grow large!
Basic Design Hosting:
The Basic Design Package does not include hosting, and this is a good thing. Our goal is to make this package as flexible as possible. If you currently have hosting with third-party hosting company, we encourage you to stay there if you're happy. ZakGraphix hosting offers something the other guys don't have - "us", with 30 minutes or 60 minutes of modification time a month included in our hosting packages, ZakGraphix hosting is the perfect way to keep a professional on hand for your update needs.

Basic Design Timeline: (Max Timeline: 7 Weeks)
The Basic Design Package is a well-rounded web design package. It is perfect for the client who needs a bit more time and wants more input from a web design professional. ZakGraphix looks to receive input from you on every stage, from the sitemap development to the content integration stage. The maximum timeline is 6 weeks for this project. If the timeline goes beyond 150% of the maxium time limit an additional late charge of $25 per week will be added to the account.

ZakGraphix develops a proposed site map and the client revises and approves the site map for proper website project structure and design layout. |
ZakGraphix develops a proposed design based off the client's selected template marketing and branding focus. The client has one set of revisions they submit for the proposal. |
ZakGraphix integrates the design into the website and it will be made viewable on the web in a online staging location. Upon completion of this stage the client's assets are due. |

Basic Design Upgrades:
You can easliy upgrade from the Basic Design to the Custom or Advanced Design any time before the Link Staging & Content Integration stage. If we've moved beyond that, moving over may include minor charges to account for the development work already done, e.g., if we're at the Client Review & Revision List stage, 90% of all the work has been completed and upgrading to the Basic Design Package would require a "restarting" of the timeline back to earlier stages. The additional fees would compensate the work we've done with the current package.
- Upgrade To Custom: $1200 to $1400
- Upgrade To Advanced: $2000 to $2300+
