Unless there is an industry specific niche (i.e., car dealerships, MLS/IDX realtors, etc.) that will give you reason to use a proprietary CMS for your website, DO NOT USE ONE. Personally, I will always defer to using specific open source CMS or Blogging Software solutions like Joomla or WordPress. . . .
